Services of the Prep Center
Western Bid offers the services of a Prep Center in the United States. This service significantly expands the ability of sellers to prepare goods for sale on global marketplaces. You can manage your warehouse from your personal account.
The Prep Center staff will help you buy back the goods on the wholesale sites of your choice, correctly label and repackage them, and then send them to the required address, for example, to Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) or your customers. HOW TO CONNECT
To use all the services of the Prep Center, you must:

HOW TO REDEEM GOODS FROM WHOLESALE BASES
Using the services of the Prep Center provides for the possibility of purchasing goods from wholesale bases. You can place orders both on US websites and on other foreign sites, if this site supports payment by US cards and delivers to the US. After receiving a request for payment for goods, our employee makes the final decision on the possibility of payment on foreign sites.
HOW TO CREATE A BUYBACK REQUEST
You need to go to the website of the wholesale base, collect a basket of goods and send us a link to it (necessarily together with the login and password under which you are registered on the base's website).
You need to send the data in the Western Bid Client Area: the "Orders" menu section - "Place a new order". At the same time, please indicate in the product description that this product is for the Prep Center, leave the sender's name blank, and provide access to the site where the order is placed in the comments.
Our employees will make the final calculation of the amount, pay for the order, and indicate the address of our Miami Prep Center as the delivery address. The cost of one order (color and size variations are possible) is $5.
STORAGE, MANAGEMENT AND DISPATCH OF GOODS FROM THE WAREHOUSE
Important: only goods paid for by our employees are accepted at the Prep Center.
When sending to our warehouse, in the Personal Account you need to select "Manual sending of the batch to the warehouse". Here you need to specify the order number from your Personal Account and the dispatch number from the site where the goods were purchased. If the goods are to be shipped via FBA, the buyer should create a ticket in his/her request for shipment and attach the necessary labels to this ticket.
If you place an order for the Prep Center, and the parcel arrives without batch labeling, then upon receipt, our employee will perform additional work on labeling the goods. Therefore, you will be charged $50 per hour (minimum half an hour) for his work.

The number of units of goods is taken at the time of withdrawal every 30 days. For example, if 50 units of goods were received in a shipment on January 1, 30 days have passed, and on January 31, 20 units of goods remained in the shipment, the rest were sold and sent to customers, the subscription fee is charged based on 20 units. If you receive 30 units of goods and all of them are sold within 30 days, the storage will be free.WAREHOUSE COMMISSION FOR SENT PARCELS
It is removed at the moment of creating a parcel for shipment.
Subject to up to 2 items in the order (+$0.20 for each additional item):

The prices are for the parcel excluding boxes and shipping costs (volumetric or physical weight - the calculation is made according to the largest value).

RETURN OF GOODS
There is a certain percentage of returns in online trading for various reasons. You should also take this into account in your work. If, for example, a complaint is filed about a product, the product does not fit, or the buyer requests a refund for another reason, the funds will be deducted from the seller's account.
In case of return of parcels by the carrier, a fee is charged. The funds will be debited from your account. Storage of returned parcels in the warehouse for 30 days is free of charge. The fee for sending from the return warehouse is $ 2 per parcel. In the case of a combined shipment (several parcels in one), the warehouse fee remains $ 2, and for each added parcel + $ 0.20. (The fee will be charged after August 20, 2023) For example: you need to send 3 items in one parcel. In this case, the commission will be $2.40. 2$ - warehouse fee for sending, 0.40$ - fee for two added parcels.

Upon request, we perform additional services that the buyer may request. One of these services is free gift wrapping - a plastic bag with a thematic coloring.
It can also be a letter with a thank you message to the buyer. You send the text for the message yourself. We can print such text or the phrase "Thank you for your purchase!" for free.
If you wish, you can also make a postcard for $1 per piece. It can also contain either the text you send or the phrase "Thank you!" or "Thank you for your purchase!".REQUIREMENTS FOR PHOTOS AND PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
The photo must be taken by you or a manufacturer's photo is allowed if it is not subject to copyright. If the manufacturer's photo cannot be used, you can create a photo yourself or order such a service.
The cost of this service will be $5 for 5 product photos.
You can provide a description of the product in Ukrainian (we will translate it ourselves) or in English (optional). In the product description, be sure to indicate its key characteristics (e.g., size, material, etc.) and features (new or used, handmade or mass-produced, etc.).
Product description. Headings in the product description should contain no more than 80 characters, and the product description should be no more than 1000 characters.
Photo. The minimum size of a photo is 500 pixels, but we strongly recommend taking photos with a resolution of 2000 pixels on the longest side and a physical image size of up to 7 MB.
Since the frame of photos for placing in the product gallery is square, it is advisable to take and arrange products in the frame at once with 1:1 proportions (i.e. square).
You are allowed to post 10-12 photos on marketplaces for free. Take the maximum number of photos allowed, but not less than 3 photos. Show the product from different angles and different sides, take close-up photos of details. Do not leave too much space around the object, the product should occupy 80-90% of the frame. Take not one, but several close-up photos. Use macro mode to capture important details.
Save files in one of the acceptable file formats: JPEG, PNG, GIF, TIFF, BMP, WEBP, HEIC.
