Delivery Consolidation Direct

This is a fast and profitable delivery option for those who send 8 or more items abroad every day.
The principle of this type of delivery is as follows: ● You consolidate (collect many other small parcels into one large box) your shipments, ● you issue labels for each small parcel and for the total parcel in your West Parcel personal account, ● deliver the total box with the parcels to UPS,● We receive it at our warehouse in the USA, disassemble it, and ship each individual parcel to the recipients.
This method allows us to have very low shipping prices.

  • WHAT DOCUMENTS ARE REQUIRED FOR SENDING?

    - generate barcodes for the goods intended for shipment in the West Parcel Personal Account, print and stick them on each parcel;

    - put the barcoded parcels in a common box, be sure to add a printed description of all the attachments and pack it in accordance with the rules for packing parcels. Mark "Direct" on the top of the box with a black marker;

    - measure the dimensions and weight of the total box and draw up documents for sending the parcel.

    Upon completion of the paperwork, you will be provided with a package of documents for shipment. This package of documents must be glued to the common box and sent to our warehouse in Miami.

  • MAXIMUM PARCEL SIZE AND WEIGHT?

    When sending a general parcel from Ukraine or Europe to the United States, size limits may apply depending on the carrier you choose!

    Please note! The size should be measured on the package at the points that protrude the most. If the size is incorrect, the USPS will not allow packages with incorrect dimensions to pass through, and will delay them and then have to search for them.

    West Parcel's requirements for parcel weight limits:

    - maximum weight - 70 kg of estimated weight (total weight of all goods in the parcel). All parcels exceeding this weight will be sent back.

    Weight and size restrictions for different shipping methods from Miami to the final customer (for Consolidation Direct):

    UPS SurePost or UPS Ground: (usually weighing more than 450 grams), must be at least 4 cm thick.

    Mail Innovations: weight from 0.03 kg to 0.45 kg, the sum of length + 2 width + 2 height cannot exceed 330 cm.

    Surepost: weight from 0.03 kg to 4 kg, each side cannot be more than 86 cm, and the thickness must be at least 4 cm thick. If the longest side is more than 43 cm, then the other two cannot be more than 43 cm.

    Economy DDU (international shipping): weight from 0.03 kg to 2 kg, the sum of length + width + height cannot exceed 91 cm, each side cannot exceed 60 cm.

    Parcels sent via FedEx 2Day Consolidation have two packaging options:
    1. Fedex Pak - use only a courier package. The maximum physical weight cannot exceed 4 kg. Maximum dimensions: 29.85cm x 37.5cm x 12.5cm. The volume (LxWxH) must not exceed 10.000 cm3.
    2. Fedex Box - maximum dimensions: 44cm x 31cm x 7cm. The maximum physical weight must not exceed 22 kg.

    Please note: The label always shows the weight rounded to the nearest whole number, but the shipping cost is calculated based on the estimated weight.

    We kindly ask you not to wrap the parcels for consolidation on the outside with film (we recommend wrapping only the goods inside the parcel with protective film). The film makes it difficult to scan barcodes, which significantly complicates the parcel processing process and increases the delivery time.

  • ESTIMATED WEIGHT

    NOTE:

    THE VOLUMETRIC WEIGHT IS CALCULATED BY THE FORMULA: LENGTH (CM) X WIDTH (CM) X HEIGHT (CM) : 5000 = TOTAL WEIGHT (KG)

    The estimated weight will be determined by the carrier when you place your order.

    For further shipment from Miami to customers, in most cases, the actual weight is the estimated weight.

  • WHAT HAPPENS TO THE PARCEL IN CASE OF NON-DELIVERY?

    Returns are free of charge to our warehouse in Miami, USA.

    The shipment can be stored in the warehouse for 30 business days. During this time, you need to make a decision about this parcel, otherwise it will be disposed of. Please note the date of disposal. We store the parcel free of charge for 30 days.

    If after 30 days you do not inform us where to send it (return it to you or to a new customer), the parcel will be disposed of. There will be no additional notifications in this regard, so we recommend that you note for yourself the date of disposal by which you need to make a decision on your parcel.

    Within the above 30 days, you can resell the item and we will send it to the new buyer's address (you will only pay the actual cost of shipping from Miami to the buyer), or you can request a return to our Fulfillment Center in Miami and store it there longer.

    There are three options:

    1. The parcel will be automatically disposed of if you do not inform us of a different decision during this time.

    2. You can create and send us a new label to send the package to the same or a new recipient.

    3. If the parcel is relevant to the buyer, please specify the address and contact phone number. Create a new label. We will send a request to the carrier for re-delivery.

    To prevent such situations, we recommend that you track your parcels until they are delivered, which will allow you to contact the buyer in time in case of a delay. In European countries, for example, there is almost no shelf life after a failed delivery, and the parcel is immediately returned.

    Return cost: shipping price +45% (the shipment was made at special rates that do not apply to returns). If the return is from a non-EU country, the cost of customs clearance is additionally charged.

  • CAN I SEND PARCELS TO AMAZON WAREHOUSE?

    Yes, you can use any carrier. You can also use the services of our prep center to prepare the goods and deliver them to Amazon warehouses.

  • ARE THERE ANY ITEMS PROHIBITED FOR SHIPMENT?

    Yes, there are things that are prohibited for shipment abroad. Parcels with such items may be confiscated by the customs services or returned to the sender at his/her expense. Please read the list of prohibited items before sending your parcels.

Be sure to read the information before sending and follow all instructions:

1. Indicate the correct weight and dimensions.

Measurements should be made on the package at the most protruding points. When checking a parcel in Miami, if the weight or dimensions are underestimated, or significant discrepancies are found, then one of two options awaits such a parcel
- sending it back to the sender;
- a fine and the creation of a new label for re-shipment within the United States.

2. Pack the parcel well, taping the corners and affixing the label firmly.

Please note: To ensure that your packages are scanned faster and do not require manual handling by postal employees (and thus reach your customers faster and do not require additional handling fees), please follow the simple packaging requirements of the Postal Service:

● Do not wrap parcels for consolidation with film, stretch film, or kraft paper (only the goods inside the parcel can be wrapped with protective film).
● Do not cover the entire parcel with tape.
Replace tubes with square or triangular packaging.

Postal service rules allow you to:
- Send a courier package and tape it in several places (but not completely!);
- wrap the parcel with tape only in a few places so that the parcel keeps its shape;
- wrap the goods inside the cardboard box with a film/bag;
- put cardboard boxes in a courier package for parcels up to 2 kg of physical or volumetric weight.

3. You need to print a barcode and stick it on each parcel.

The label will be affixed to the parcel at our warehouse in Miami. At the same time, the tracking number will be available in your Personal Account immediately after the delivery is made. You can print the barcode at any time in your West Parcel account after the delivery is completed.

4. The enclosed value of the goods in one parcel should not exceed $800 per day per name.

5. Be sure to include a list with the list of packages in each common box.

6. Please be advised that only true and complete information about the shipment must be provided when sending it to avoid delays in processing. In case of incorrect indication of the package, your parcel will be detained at customs, and you will bear full responsibility for violation of customs legislation. All parcels are inspected and checked against the list of goods specified in the invoice. You are also responsible for warning your customers about the possible payment of customs duties upon receipt of the parcel. In case of loss of the parcel, insurance payments are made in accordance with the specified value of the investment.

7. If you have created a parcel by mistake or have entered incorrect information about the parcel, please do not send the parcel. You can cancel the created label yourself.
