PRODUCT PACKAGING

After completing the parcel clearance procedure, you must individually pack, print and label the goods you have chosen, and then bring them to the nearest Western Bid center yourself, or pack them in one box (package) and send them at your own expense to our center in Chernivtsi, from where they will be sent to buyers. The weight of each item for this consolidation should not exceed 30 kg, and the cost should not exceed $150.

RULES FOR PACKING PARCELS

To ensure that your parcels are scanned faster and do not require manual processing by postal employees (and thus reach your customers faster and do not require additional fees for their processing), please follow the simple packaging requirements of the postal service:

Do not wrap parcels with film or stretch film (only the goods inside the parcel can be wrapped with protective film). Only cardboard boxes and/or courier bags are allowed for shipping.

Do not tape the entire parcel.

Replace tubes with square or triangular packaging.

Do not pack in wooden, plastic, metal, plywood, or chipboard boxes, or wrap with kraft paper or bubble wrap.

Postal service rules allow you to

- send a courier package and tape it in several places (but not completely!);
- glue the corners of the box to keep the parcel in shape;
- wrap the goods inside the cardboard box with a film/bag;
- put cardboard boxes in a courier package.

Please follow these rules, as scanning the dimensions of a parcel becomes significantly more difficult (and sometimes impossible) due to the fact that the protective film (or tape that wraps the entire parcel) "reflects" the laser beam on the scanning equipment.

If the packaging does not meet the requirements, the carrier will charge a fine of $45. The funds will be deducted from your account.

SIZE AND WEIGHT OF THE PARCEL

Please note! Measure the size on the package at the most accurate points. If the size is incorrect, the post office will not let parcels with incorrect dimensions through, will issue fines that will be charged to your accounts, which will cause a long delay in delivery, and possibly even a search for the parcel.

Western Bid requirements for the maximum weight:
- the maximum weight of a parcel is 30 kg (bulk or actual)

Dimensional restrictions:
- The length of the largest side should not exceed 175 cm. The length (largest side) + girth of the parcel must be less than 300 cm, where girth = 2*width + 2*height.

Attention: The minimum dimensions of the package sides must be at least 15cm x 10cm x 1cm, otherwise your parcel will not be sent.

The label always shows the weight rounded to the nearest whole number, but the shipping cost is calculated according to the estimated weight.

Please do not wrap the outside of your parcels with plastic wrap - this is prohibited by EU packaging regulations.

PAYMENT FOR DELIVERY

Immediately when forming in your personal account, USD.

MAXIMUM
COST OF INVESTMENT

The total value of the goods in the parcel should not exceed $150. If the amount is higher, a duty will be charged, which must be paid by the sender.

Important: we do not accept goods that are issued as gifts - it must be exclusively commercial cargo.

PAYMENT OF DUTY

Parcels up to $150 are accepted for this type of shipment.

All parcels up to $150 are subject to tax (VAT), and above this value, also to customs duties. In most cases, all parcels that have been sold on Ebay/Etsy have an IOSS number and do not require additional payment. This IOSS number must be indicated when filling out the documents.

DELIVERY TIME

In case of loss of an uninsured parcel, Fedex pays a compensation of $20.

If you have insurance from Western Bid, the full cost is paid.

The price of insurance is 1% of the total cost of the parcel, insurance is possible at any value of the investment. Read more about parcel insurance here.

The parcel is returned to the European DPD office from which it was sent.

The parcel can be stored in the warehouse for 21 working days. During this time, you need to make a decision regarding this parcel, otherwise it will be disposed of.

There are three options:

The parcel will be automatically disposed of if you do not inform us of a different decision during this time.
You can create and send us a new label to send the parcel to the same or a new recipient.
If the parcel is relevant to the buyer, please specify the address and contact phone number. Create a new label. We will send a request to the carrier to resend the package.

Return cost: shipping price +45% (the shipment was made at special rates that do not apply to returns). If the return is from a non-EU country, the cost of customs clearance is additionally charged.
