Import listings from eBay

The Western Bid personal account now allows you to import listings from eBay. This feature will be useful for those who have switched to Managed payments and arrange delivery using Western Bid.

The first thing you need to do is to get authorized. To do this, click on the little man icon in the upper right corner of your Personal Area and select "eBay authorization".

The system will redirect you to your eBay account. You will need to log in.

Then, when making a delivery, you need to select "External goods". If you do not have this function in your Personal Account, please contact the support service to connect it.

In the "External goods" menu section, click the "Import from eBay" button. Thus, you will be able to import the list of transactions from eBay.

Select the date range within which you want to download transactions. And confirm your agreement with the rules.

The system will then prompt you to select the necessary transactions to add.

Please note that if you have sold several items, each of them will have a separate transaction.

After adding transactions, you can arrange delivery of your goods.
