Delivery of parcels by FedEx (FedEx)

FedEx Priority delivery is a high-speed targeted delivery to the buyer's door in another country. It is beneficial for those who need to send goods in the shortest possible time at a low price.
The principle of this type of delivery is as follows: ● You consolidate (collect many other small parcels into one large box) your shipments, ● you issue labels for each small parcel and for the total parcel in your West Parcel personal account, ● deliver the total box with the parcels to UPS,We receive it at our warehouse in the USA, disassemble it, and ship each individual parcel to the recipients.
This method allows us to have very low shipping prices.

  • WHAT DOCUMENTS ARE REQUIRED FOR SENDING?

To send a FedEx parcel, you must pack the goods in a parcel and seal it. Then you need to stick the barcode you received in the section "Sent parcels/Express/Documents" on the parcel.

Print the invoice in one copy and attach it to the shipment in a transparent plastic envelope (file). If the system generated a TCCA form, also print it out, fill it out, and put it in the same envelope with the invoice. Secure the transparent envelope with the documents on the side of the shipment with transparent tape so that it does not interfere with the address label and can be easily opened when passing through customs.

If the system does not generate a TSCA form, you do not need to attach it. If customs requires additional documents, we will notify you.

  • MAXIMUM PARCEL SIZE AND WEIGHT?

    - length + girth should not exceed 330 cm (length + 2 widths + 2 heights), with a maximum length of 274 cm.
    - maximum weight - 68 kg of estimated weight (total weight of all goods in the parcel).

Please note! Measure the size on the package at the points that protrude the most. If the size is incorrect, the USPS will not let parcels with incorrect dimensions through, will postpone them, and then they will need to be searched for.

  • COST OF DELIVERY

Low FedEx shipping rates are subsidized by our company (as well as many free WB services), and therefore are exclusive to our customers.

The shipping amount can be calculated on the shipping calculator.

  • HOW TO PAY FOR DELIVERY

For parcels with goods requiring gemological examination (stone and precious metal products), you must make the examination yourself and attach the documents on the examination to the package with the documents. If the stones are untreated or in the form of sand, then bring or send them only in a box sealed by a gemologist.

Various additional permits may be required for customs clearance, regardless of the value of the goods. For example, for folding knives and dirks, you need a conclusion that these items are not cold steel.

You are obliged to provide all necessary permits for the cargo (certificates, certificates, examinations, etc.) at your own expense.

For all questions related to export or shipment permits, please contact our managers.

  • ARE THERE ANY ITEMS PROHIBITED FOR SHIPMENT?

Yes, there are things that are prohibited for shipment abroad. Parcels with such items may be confiscated by the customs services or returned to the sender at his/her expense. Please read the list of prohibited items before sending your parcels.

Products made of untreated wood cannot be sent.
Products made of processed wood (plywood) are allowed.
If you are shipping a parcel with such goods via FedEx, when you create a shipment and select "plywood", a TSCA form will be automatically generated and you will need to fill it out.

Be sure to read the information before sending and follow all instructions:

1. Please provide the correct weight and dimensions.
If the weight or dimensions are underestimated, the parcels will be returned to the Western Bid shipping center in Kyiv, where they will wait for re-issue of documents. Measurements should be made on the package at the most protruding points.
2. Pack the parcel well, glue the corners and affix the label firmly.
Tape the corners and firmly affix the label pocket, taping it around the edges without covering the barcode. To ship a FedEx parcel, you must print the FedEx waybill and package of documents, which are available for printing at any time in your Western Bid Account.
● Do not wrap parcels with film, stretch film, or kraft paper (only the goods inside the parcel can be wrapped with protective film). Only cardboard boxes or courier bags are allowed for shipping.● Replace tubes with square or triangular packaging.● Do not tape the entire parcel.● Do not pack in wooden, plastic, metal, plywood, or chipboard boxes, or wrap with kraft paper or film.
If the packaging does not meet the requirements, the carrier will charge a $45 fine. This will be charged to your account.
3. Properly prepare the package for shipment: ● FedEx waybill with barcode on top;● an invoice in English;● TSCA form, if it is generated by the system.
4. Please do not reduce the size of your documents. All documents must be printed in A4 size, even for small parcels. Please make sure that the barcode is clearly visible and scannable, otherwise the parcel will not be delivered. Put small parcels in a larger courier bag. In this case, the dimensions are measured on the parcel.
5. Please do NOT write "gift, souvenir" in the product description, otherwise such parcels will be opened to make sure that there is nothing prohibited.
6. Each parcel must be securely attached to the appropriate package of documents. Do not staple the parcels together, otherwise the lower ones will go for the documents of the upper one. One parcel - one place, one package of documents. Put small parcels in a larger package and attach A4 documents to it.
7. Please note that when sending, you must provide only true and complete information about the cargo to avoid delays in processing. In case of incorrect indication of the package, your parcel will be detained at customs, and you will be fully responsible for violation of customs legislation. All parcels are inspected and checked against the list of goods indicated on the invoice. You are also responsible for warning your customers about the possible payment of customs duties upon receipt of the parcel.
8. In case of loss of the parcel, insurance payments are made in accordance with the specified value of the investment.
9. If you have created a label by mistake or have entered incorrect shipping information, please do not send the parcel. You can cancel the created label yourself.

The minimum length of the description is 20 characters (i.e., for example, the description "shirt" is not enough, you need to specify "cotton women's shirt"). Indicate that you have familiarized yourself with the amounts and limits of customs duties and taxes of the country of destination of the parcel and agree to pay, by agreement with the buyer or on your own, any possible duties, taxes, brokerage services and any other costs associated with receiving this shipment, as well as the costs of possible return of this parcel back in case of non-payment of the relevant taxes, duties and services by the buyer or you.

This is an important point, as some countries may impose quite high duties and taxes that will need to be paid by your buyer or you. We also recommend that you inform your buyers of these taxes and fees.

Step 5. Check the information carefully and mark your agreement with the shipping rules. Then click "Pay for shipping and print documents". The required amount will be deducted from your Western Bid account.
