FedEx Priority delivery is a high-speed targeted delivery to the buyer's door in another country. It is beneficial for those who need to send goods in the shortest possible time at a low price.
The principle of this type of delivery is as follows: ● You consolidate (collect many other small parcels into one large box) your shipments, ● you issue labels for each small parcel and for the total parcel in your West Parcel personal account, ● deliver the total box with the parcels to UPS,We receive it at our warehouse in the USA, disassemble it, and ship each individual parcel to the recipients.
This method allows us to have very low shipping prices.
WHAT DOCUMENTS ARE REQUIRED FOR SENDING?
To send a FedEx parcel, you must pack the goods in a parcel and seal it. Then you need to stick the barcode you received in the section "Sent parcels/Express/Documents" on the parcel.
Print the invoice in one copy and attach it to the shipment in a transparent plastic envelope (file). If the system generated a TCCA form, also print it out, fill it out, and put it in the same envelope with the invoice. Secure the transparent envelope with the documents on the side of the shipment with transparent tape so that it does not interfere with the address label and can be easily opened when passing through customs.
If the system does not generate a TSCA form, you do not need to attach it. If customs requires additional documents, we will notify you.
MAXIMUM PARCEL SIZE AND WEIGHT?
- length + girth should not exceed 330 cm (length + 2 widths + 2 heights), with a maximum length of 274 cm.
- maximum weight - 68 kg of estimated weight (total weight of all goods in the parcel).
Please note! Measure the size on the package at the points that protrude the most. If the size is incorrect, the USPS will not let parcels with incorrect dimensions through, will postpone them, and then they will need to be searched for.

HOW TO OBTAIN A PERMIT TO EXPORT ITEMS MADE OF STONES, METALS, PAINTINGS AND SCULPTURES?
For parcels with goods requiring cultural expertise (paintings, art objects, sculptures, etc.), it is necessary to make the expertise yourself and put the documents on the expertise in the package with the documents.
For parcels with goods requiring gemological examination (stone and precious metal products), you must make the examination yourself and attach the documents on the examination to the package with the documents. If the stones are untreated or in the form of sand, then bring or send them only in a box sealed by a gemologist.
Various additional permits may be required for customs clearance, regardless of the value of the goods. For example, for folding knives and dirks, you need a conclusion that these items are not cold steel.
You are obliged to provide all necessary permits for the cargo (certificates, certificates, examinations, etc.) at your own expense.
For all questions related to export or shipment permits, please contact our managers.
ARE THERE ANY ITEMS PROHIBITED FOR SHIPMENT?
Yes, there are things that are prohibited for shipment abroad. Parcels with such items may be confiscated by the customs services or returned to the sender at his/her expense. Please read the list of prohibited items before sending your parcels.

Products made of processed wood (plywood) are allowed.
If you are shipping a parcel with such goods via FedEx, when you create a shipment and select "plywood", a TSCA form will be automatically generated and you will need to fill it out.
