We offer Fulfillment Center services in the USA. Your own warehouse in Miami significantly expands your capabilities:

  • WAREHOUSE COMMISSION FOR THE SENT PARCEL

    It is removed at the moment of creating the parcel shipment.
    Subject to up to 2 products in the order (+$0.20 for each subsequent unit):up to 0.453 kg - $2.00;
    0.453 kg to 0.907 kg - $2.50;
    0.908 kg to 1.810 kg - $3.00;
    1.820 kg to 4.530 kg - $4.00;
    over 4.540 kg - $5.00

    The prices are for the parcel excluding boxes and shipping costs (volumetric or physical weight - the calculation is based on the largest value).

  • PACKAGING OPTIONS FOR ORDERING

    You can choose a package from the options offered by the warehouse. If our packaging does not fit your needs in terms of size or for any other reason, you need to submit a request to the Support Service for individual packaging selection.

    If you have your own packaging, then the goods must be packed in it according to the requirements, or your packaging (boxes/packs) are sent separately from the goods and a separate batch is created for it. In this case, when sending, in your personal account, you select the product and your packaging - then the warehouse worker packs one into the other and prepares it for shipment.

    If your packaging is not reliable enough, the warehouse employee has the right to repack the parcel in order to deliver the goods to the buyer properly. The fee for repacking will be charged to your account. The calculator calculates the shipping cost and the final price including repacking and warehouse fees.

  • CARRIER COMPANIES IN THE USA TO THE END BUYER

    USPS, UPS, UPS Economy DDU, FedEx International Priority Export, FedEx International Economy Export, FedEx International Ground One Rate - at the client's choice. Find more information about delivery options here. Please track the movement of parcels after sending them from the fulfillment center - in case of a problem (for example, an incorrect recipient address), you need to create a ticket, and our Customer Support will contact the shipping company to resolve the situation.

    Parcels sent by UPS Sure Post or UPS Ground (usually weighing more than 450 g) must be at least 4 cm thick.

    When choosing Fedex 2Day delivery, we will use Fedex branded packaging: Fedex Pak, Fedex small box, Fedex medium Box and Fedex Large Box.

    In Fedex Pak - use only the courier package. The maximum physical weight cannot exceed 4 kg. Maximum dimensions: 29.85cm x 37.5cm x 12.5cm. The volume (LxWxH) must not exceed 10,000 cm3.

    For Fedex Box - maximum dimensions: 44cm x 31cm x 7cm. The maximum physical weight should not exceed 22 kg.

    Acceptance of batches is free of charge.

  • PAYMENT OF DUTY

    The limit of duty-free package in one parcel for the USA is $800 USD. If the indicated value of the package is higher than this amount, the duty will be deducted from your account.

    Please note! The parcel to the fulfillment center must contain only those lots that are displayed in your personal account. Any circumvention of this rule will result in a complete disconnection of the customer from the Fulfillment Center service.

    The estimated value - the one that is taken into account when calculating insurance payments and when calculating customs duties - for one parcel should be up to $800. Up to $800 worth of goods can be sent to one recipient per day (one or more parcels with a total value of up to $800). If the amount is higher, a duty will be charged, which must be paid by the sender. We recommend either setting a price that falls within these limits or sending parcels on different days. The estimated cost of the goods for sending to the fulfillment may differ from the price for which the goods are subsequently put up for sale.

  • CHECKING THE QUANTITY OF GOODS ACCORDING TO THE ACCOMPANYING DOCUMENTS

    Free of charge.

    A batch can only contain exactly the same product. For example: red pins and blue pins are two different batches.

    If you have the same product, but it does not fit in one box, then you need to make two batches. If different batches fit in one box, you need to pack them in a way that makes it immediately clear that they are two different batches: pack them in different bags/boxes and stick a batch barcode.

    The number of units of goods is taken at the time of withdrawal every 30 days. For example, if 50 units of goods were received in a shipment on January 1, 30 days have passed, and on January 31, 20 units of goods remained in the shipment, the rest were sold and sent to customers, the subscription fee is charged based on 20 units. If you receive 30 units of goods and all of them are sold within 30 days, the storage will be free.

  • PHOTOS OF GOODS TO CUSTOMERS

    Each photo costs $2.00 (minimum 3 units). You can also use your own photos.

  • GIFT WRAPPING

    Upon request, we perform additional services that the buyer may request. One of these services is free gift wrapping - a plastic bag with a thematic coloring.
    It can also be a letter with a thank you message to the buyer. You send the text for the message yourself. We can print such text or the phrase "Thank you for your purchase!" for free.
    If you wish, you can also make a postcard for $1.00 per piece. It can also contain either the text you send or the phrase "Thank you!" or "Thank you for your purchase!".

  • SHIPMENTS TO THE WAREHOUSE FROM YOUR SUPPLIERS

    To do this, you need to enter information about the goods and batches in your Personal Account, as well as provide your partners from China (or other countries) with barcodes to mark the batches. If the goods arrive at the warehouse without barcodes, our employees will mark them for an additional fee of $50.00 per hour (minimum 30 minutes).

  • PROCESSING OF RETURNS

    In case of returning parcels shipped via FedEx, the carrier will charge a fee for return shipping to the fulfillment center. Your account will be charged. Storage of returned parcels in the warehouse for 30 days is free of charge. The fee for shipping from the return warehouse is $2.00 per parcel. In the case of a combined shipment (several parcels in one) - the warehouse fee remains $2.00, and for each added parcel + $0.20. (The fee will be charged after August 20, 2023) For example: you need to send 3 items in one parcel. In this case, the commission will be $2.40. $2.00 - warehouse fee for sending, 0.40$ - fee for two added parcels. Learn more about working with returns here.

  • IS IT POSSIBLE TO SEND PART OF THE PARCELS TO CUSTOMERS AND PART TO THE WAREHOUSE IN ONE CONSOLIDATION PARCEL?

    There is no such possibility. It is necessary to send a batch of parcels to the warehouse separately (one consolidation parcel can contain goods from different batches, each parcel must have a batch barcode), and separate parcels for customers if you have issued Consolidation Direct. If these parcels are lying together, you will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour (minimum 30 minutes) for sorting them.

  • PARCEL INSURANCE

    Yes, when delivering from the fulfillment center, there is insurance to the buyer's door, 1% of the total cost of the parcel. Details.
    1. UPS MI - the parcel is not insured by default, but you can choose insurance - 1% of the value of the investment.2. UPS Surepost - parcels up to $100.00 are insured by default, when creating a parcel, the customer is charged $0 in a separate transaction to show that the insurance is free.3. USPS Priority - a parcel up to $100.00 is insured by default, when creating a parcel, the customer is charged $0 in a separate transaction to show that the insurance is free.4. Economy DDU - the parcel is not insured by default, but you can choose insurance - 1% of the value of the investment.
    In case of parcel loss, Fedex pays compensation up to $100.00
    Additionally, you can use the insurance from Western Bid, which compensates the cost of a lost parcel from $100.00 The price of such insurance is 1% of the total cost of the parcel.

  • WHETHER INSURANCE IS AVAILABLE IN ALL COUNTRIES

    Please note that UPS Economy DDU deliveries are usually tracked in only six countries (Canada, China, Israel, Japan, Singapore, and the United Kingdom). Tracking is not available in other countries. Therefore, UPS Economy DDU does not provide insurance against loss during delivery to the following countries:
    Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and Spain.

  • ADDITIONAL SERVICES

    You can request any additional services related to the labeling, packaging, and design of your goods. The cost of such work is $50.00 per hour, minimum half an hour.

HOW TO MANAGE GOODS IN THE WAREHOUSE FROM YOUR PERSONAL ACCOUNT

In the Personal Area, there is a section "Fulfillment Center" where you can manage your goods in the warehouse.

In the "Add item" section, you need to add information about the unit (piece) of goods that you are going to send to the Miami warehouse.

A unit of goods cannot be the same for goods of different shapes, sizes, or colors.

For each variation of the product, you need to create a separate unit of goods. For example, you sell a white and a black phone case. This means that you need to create 2 types of product: a white case and a black case. Then you can specify the number of units of the product, and thus form a batch of goods for shipment.

If you have the same type of product, but it does not fit in one box, then you need to make two batches, you cannot split batches into two boxes.

Fill in all the necessary fields in the "Add item" menu section for each item of your goods and click the "Add item" button.

Please note: the information provided at this stage is required only for internal use by warehouse employees to properly accept the goods upon receipt. This information is not displayed anywhere else.

After that, the system will offer to create a batch. You can also create a batch of goods from the menu section "Send to warehouse / Create a batch of goods". After completing the procedure of adding the goods, the function of creating a batch will be available.

WHAT IS A BATCH OF GOODS?

A batch of goods is a certain number of identical units of goods. A batch can also consist of a single unit (piece) of goods.

You create batches of goods for sale yourself - it is very important that a separate batch contains only completely identical goods (for example, red phone cases and blue phone cases are different batches).

A unit of goods cannot be the same for goods of different shapes, sizes, or colors. For each variation of the product, you need to create a separate item.
Next, you can specify the number of units of goods, thus forming a batch of goods for shipment.

Please note! You can send several different batches in one box. If you have the same type of product, but it does not fit in one box, then you need to make two batches, you cannot split batches into two boxes.

To arrange delivery of a batch of your goods to the warehouse, you need to select the "Send batches to the warehouse" section in the menu. You can form a parcel to a warehouse in Miami from one batch or several by checking the list of goods for delivery.

A barcode must be affixed to each batch. In the "Send batches to the warehouse" menu section, the batch code will be clickable. By clicking on it, you will get a printable file. After the batch arrives at the warehouse, an employee checks your goods and their quantity. If there are any issues with the batch, for example, the number of units does not match what you specified, the employee will open a ticket and you will receive a notification in your Personal Account.

You can also choose a shipping method in the "Send batch to warehouse" menu section. The FedEx delivery option is available to you from Ukraine.

Parcels can be delivered to our warehouse address by any other shipping method we work with. In this case, you select "Manual shipment" in the "Shipping method" section and indicate the name of the postal service in Latin letters and the tracking number of the parcel.

In the Sent parcels menu section, you can see all the information about your sent parcels:
- transaction number,
- the type of shipping you chose to deliver the goods to our warehouse,
- parcel tracking number,
- date of creation,
- status in our system, for example, "Accepted at Fulfillment warehouse",
- status of the postal service,
- monitoring, within which you can create a ticket and track the resolution of your issue regarding a specific parcel,
- documents for the parcel if you created a label through our system (in other cases, the field will be empty),
- view all the details of your parcel.

Also, if you created a label through our system, you can request to cancel the label within 28 days after it was created, if the parcel has not yet been sent.

In the "Send to buyer" menu section, you will see a list of your shipments that are in the Miami warehouse.

Select the number of products and click the Send to customer button.

In the window that opens, select the transactions from the list and click Continue.

Next, choose the method of sending the parcel from the warehouse in Miami to your customer, find out the cost and send a request for shipment. Your goods will be shipped within 1-2 business days from the moment the request is created (usually on the same day).

When you click on the "Calculate" button, the system will conveniently show the shipping cost, as well as the cost of packaging (if you want us to choose the packaging for your product according to the type of your product) and the warehouse commission.

In the menu section "Shipment requests" you will see the tracking number that you can specify in the marketplace. The number will appear when the parcel is sent. The field will remain empty until it is sent.

If you have any questions about any of the shipped parcels, you can also create a ticket in this section of the menu. In the "Monitoring" column, you can also track the responses of our employees to your ticket.

If you created a shipment request by mistake, you can click the "Request cancellation" button. This function will be available until the parcel is shipped from the warehouse to your customer.
