Guarantees for shipping

We certainly bear some responsibility for our obligations to forward parcels and deliver your goods to customers, but this responsibility is limited and varies depending on the shipping method you choose.

UPS EXPRESS

We guarantee that all documents for shipping UPS parcels, paid for by the customer and printed from the customer's personal account, are correct and comply with UPS standards.

We offer optional insurance for all parcels shipped by UPS and undertake to pay compensation within the terms and in the amount specified by the insurance. Insurance is activated at the time of registration of the parcel in the UPS tracking system. Parcels are insured only against loss. Parcels with an investment value of up to $85 are automatically insured.

The insurance does not cover cases of loss of parcels before they are registered in the UPS tracking system, i.e. in case the parcel is lost on the way to UPS by a third party. The decision to pay out insurance is made only by the company's managers based on the data received from UPS.

The insurance does not cover damage to parcels and/or their contents during transportation. Of course, we provide all possible assistance to our customers in case of damage to the parcel, but we do not guarantee either the timing or the amount of compensation from UPS. If a parcel is damaged, the recipient must call a UPS representative and file an official claim, providing the UPS representative with the damaged parcel to assess the value of the damage, after which UPS must send a report to the company and inform whether, when and in what form compensation will be provided.

We do not guarantee the delivery times stated by UPS directly to our customers or stated through advertising materials on websites or social media. We do not pay compensation for delays or late delivery of parcels.

The decision to pay out insurance is made only by the company's managers based on the parcel data received from UPS. The company pays compensation only if the customer has purchased insurance for the missing parcel.

CONSOLIDATION DIRECT

We guarantee that all documents for sending parcels by Consolidation Direct, paid for by the client and printed from the client's personal account, are correct and meet the standards of all carriers involved in this type of transportation.

We offer optional insurance for all parcels sent by consolidation of Direct, and we undertake to pay compensation within the terms and in the amount specified by the insurance. The insurance is activated at the time of registration of the parcel in the UPS tracking system and only the parcels are insured against loss.

We do not disclose or list the parcels enclosed for shipment by Consolidation Direct in the overall consolidated parcel, so insurance for individual enclosed parcels begins to operate only from the beginning of the movement of the enclosed parcel shown on the carrier's website.

For example, if there were 10 individual parcels in a consolidated Direct parcel, and the consolidated parcel was received in Miami, and the contents (those parcels that were inside) were transferred to local carriers for delivery, then if one or more parcels did not show movement on the carrier's website, no compensation is paid, because we cannot be sure that the sender actually put the specified number of parcels in the consolidation.

The customer can insure both the entire consolidated parcel and any parcel inside the consolidated parcel. The customer must insure the consolidated parcel if he/she wants to insure at least one of the enclosed parcels.

NOVA POSHTA GLOBAL

We guarantee that all documents for sending Nova Poshta Global parcels printed from the customer's personal account are correct and meet Nova Poshta Global standards.

Loss insurance is included in the price for parcels with an estimated value of 200 UAH to 2000 EUR (excluding documents). A parcel is considered lost if there is no tracking for more than 30 calendar days. In this case, Nova Posta Global recognizes the loss and compensates the estimated value of the cargo according to the claim.

Before the expiration of 30 days, Nova Posta Global conducts a search, and the cargo is considered temporarily lost. Also, in case of cargo damage, if the fault of the post office is proven, compensation is possible. If the parcel has been damaged, it is imperative to record the damage with the courier and draw up an act. The recorded damage will be reflected in the last mile tracking. If the packaging was incorrect, Nova Posta Global is not responsible for the damage to the cargo, as the packaging is the responsibility of the sender.

CONSOLIDATION PLUS

We guarantee that all documents for sending parcels by Consolidation Plus, paid for by the client and printed from the client's personal account, are correct and meet the standards of all carriers involved in this type of transportation.

We offer optional insurance for all parcels sent by Consolidation Plus and undertake to pay compensation within the terms and in the amount specified by the insurance. The insurance comes into effect when the status "Accepted at the warehouse" appears.

Please note: The insurance does not cover the loss of parcels before they are received at our center in Kyiv. The insurance comes into effect when the status "Accepted at the warehouse" appears in the customer's personal account. Notification of delivery from Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta is not a basis for payment of insurance compensation, because we have no way to check what was and what should be in the parcel delivered to our forwarding center by third-party services.

The decision to pay out insurance is made only by the company's managers based on the data about the parcel received from the carrier. The company pays compensation only if the customer has purchased insurance for the missing parcel.

We do not guarantee the processing time of parcels by forwarding centers, as well as the delivery time indicated by UPS directly to our customers or indicated through advertising materials on the pages of websites or in social networks. We are not responsible and do not pay compensation for delayed or untimely delivery of parcels.
