How to add an item for shipment from your West Parcel account
To arrange delivery, you first need to add goods from your West Parcel account manually, upload a list of goods in CSV format, or import them from the eBay marketplace.
In order to start processing the delivery, in your West Parcel personal account, you must first add the goods to be shipped to the system. To do this, in the menu on the left side of the screen, select the "My shipments/Item to be sent" item and enter the product data using the "Add item" button - please fill in the proposed fields (product name, description, cost, recipient data).
You can also add products using the "Import CSV data" or "Import from eBay" buttons, which is a handy feature if you need to upload a large number of products.
To place a parcel, select the appropriate menu section in the "Create a parcel" tab of your My Account. Choose the UPS Express or Consolidation Direct delivery method and select the goods you want to send.
You can select multiple items to send at once only if the recipient's address matches.
