Attention: Waybills are valid for 20 days from the date of creation. If you have not sent the parcel within this period, you need to cancel it and create a new shipment. Otherwise, the parcel will not be accepted by the postal services. You can cancel a waybill in your My Account within 28 days from the date of creation. When canceling a Direct consolidation, you can only cancel the entire consolidation, you cannot cancel individual parcels from it. If you have created a return label, or any other USPS label, you cannot cancel it yourself, you need to send a cancellation request through the Support function within 20 days from the date of creation. The processing time for such requests: 2 weeks.
