MAXIMUM PARCEL SIZE AND WEIGHT
Parcel to the USA
Size restrictions: length (largest side) + girth of the parcel must not exceed 274 cm, where girth = 2 widths + 2 heights. The length of the largest side must not exceed 120 cm.
Weight limit: The maximum weight is 31 kg (gross or actual).
If the actual weight (not the estimated weight) of the parcel does not exceed 400 grams and the volume does not exceed 27300 cm3, the parcel will be sent within the United States via Mail Innovation at reduced rates.
Parcels to other countries
Dimensions: the length of the largest side should not exceed 120 cm, the length of the other sides should not exceed 80 cm and 69 cm, respectively.
Weight limit: the maximum weight is 70 kg (gross or actual).
Please note: According to the rules of Nova Poshta Global, all the dimensions you specify are rounded to whole numbers. The estimated weight of the parcel is also given in accordance with the values rounded to the nearest whole number.
Please note! The size should be measured on the package and at the most protruding points. If the size is indicated incorrectly, the parcels will be returned for re-registration for an additional fee.
COUNTRIES OF DELIVERY
100+ countries (on the mainland). Delivery to P.O. box /APO/FPO/DPO/US Territories, as well as to unincorporated territories is not possible.
Nova Poshta has introduced a new delivery from Ukraine to Poland, Germany, Moldova, the Czech Republic and Lithuania (these countries have their own network of POs, the list of countries will be expanded). Parcels to these countries can already be arranged in the Western Bid Personal Account, and prices can be found in our calculator (especially for those who send large parcels). Once the parcel is processed, it can be taken to the nearest Nova Poshta branch. The delivery time for parcels will be 7-10 calendar days.

PAYMENT FOR DELIVERY
Payment for delivery is deducted from your account in your personal account. You can top up your account through the PayPal or Payoneer payment system.
MAXIMUM INVESTMENT VALUE
The maximum investment value is $800, for the USA $2500.
Please note that if the threshold for duty-free importation is exceeded, the recipient will need to pay VAT / duty / brokerage services, depending on the customs regulations in his country. We recommend that you inform the buyer about the thresholds for duty-free importation of his country, such information significantly reduces the likelihood of the buyer refusing to pay customs duties in his country and returning the parcel.
WHERE TO DELIVER THE PARCEL?
You should bring the parcel to the Nova Poshta branch of your choice. Please note: the parcel must be sent no later than 10 days from the date of creation of the parcel. You must have your passport with you. After the postal employee has accepted the parcel from you, be sure to wait until you are given the documents for signature (so you will know for sure that the parcel has been accepted and will be ready for shipment).
CAN I CALL A COURIER?
There is no such service.
HOW TO PAY FOR DELIVERY?
Payment for delivery is deducted from your account in your personal account. You can top up your account via the PayPal payment system.
TRACKING NUMBER
The international express waybill number appears in the Personal Account immediately after the parcel is placed. This number can be used to track the parcel on the website of Nova Poshta Global, which is part of the Nova group of companies.
The last mile number is a tracking number assigned to the parcel after it passes through customs. Using this number, the recipient can track the parcel on the local post office website or on Google. The last mile is delivered by UPS.
Please do not cancel the label if you have not received the last mile number.

PARCEL INSURANCE
Loss insurance is included in the price for shipments with an estimated value of UAH 200 to $799.99 (excluding documents). A parcel is considered lost if there is no tracking for more than 30 calendar days. In this case, Nova Poshta Global recognizes the loss and compensates the estimated value of the cargo according to the claim.
Before the expiration of 30 days, Nova Poshta Global conducts a search, and the cargo is considered temporarily lost. Also, in case of cargo damage, if the fault of the post office is proven, compensation is possible. If the parcel has been damaged, it is imperative to record the damage with the courier and draw up an act. The recorded damage will be reflected in the last mile tracking. If the packaging was incorrect, Nova Poshta Global is not responsible for damage to the cargo, as the packaging is the responsibility of the sender.
DELIVERY AGAINST SIGNATURE
The option is not available.
CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS
Changing the recipient's address is possible before the shipment leaves the territory of Ukraine by Nova Poshta Global. Redirection of the shipment after unsuccessful delivery (because the address was wrong) is possible only after the shipment is returned to one of the transit warehouses (for example, to the Nova Poshta Global warehouse in the United States). The shipment will be re-labeled and resent for delivery under a new last mile waybill. In this case, re-delivery will be charged. The price will depend on the delivery address.
WHAT DOCUMENTS ARE REQUIRED FOR SENDING?
For parcels with goods requiring cultural expertise (paintings, art objects, sculptures, etc.), it is necessary to make the expertise yourself and attach the documents on the expertise to the package with the documents.
For parcels with goods requiring gemological examination (stone and precious metal products), you must make the examination yourself and attach the documents on the examination to the package with the documents. If the stones are untreated or in the form of sand, then bring or send them only in a box sealed by a gemologist.
Various additional permits may be required for customs clearance, regardless of the value of the goods. For example, for folding knives and dirks, you need a conclusion that these items are not cold steel. You are obliged to provide all necessary permits for the cargo (certificates, certificates, examinations, etc.) at your own expense.

PAYMENT OF DUTY
It depends on the country of the recipient of the parcel.

You must obtain the permit yourself.
WHAT HAPPENS TO THE PARCEL IN CASE OF NON-DELIVERY?
The parcel is returned to the partner's warehouse, and then it can be re-delivered to the recipient, or delivered to Ukraine at the customer's expense, or the parcel can be disposed of. The conditions are relevant for all countries except the USA. If the cargo is in the USA, then only re-delivery to the recipient or disposal is possible.
If the parcel is returned to the sender's address, the payment for the return of the parcel is made 2 times:
● 1 time for the label from the Miami warehouse (or from the buyer) to NP Shopping, and
● 2 times - for delivery from NP Shopping to the customer's address (paid upon receipt).
In most cases, the price of the return label will be equal to the export price, but exceptions are possible, as each return will be agreed upon individually.
The value of the attachment that the customer indicates when making a return in NP Shopping may be revised by the customs authority of Ukraine. In this case, it will be necessary to provide a document confirming the value of the attachment or pay tax in accordance with the rules of customs clearance of Ukraine. Also, please note that if the estimated value of the shipment exceeds the customs threshold (currently 100 euros for Ukraine), you will need to pay duties and fees upon arrival.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE PARCEL IS LOST OR DAMAGED?
In case of damage to the parcel, you must ask the buyer to record the damage with the courier and draw up an act. The recorded damage will be reflected in the last mile tracking.
In some situations, compensation is possible in case of damage. However, if the damage was caused by improper packaging, no compensation is paid because the packaging is the responsibility of the sender. You can learn the rules of packaging here. Please carefully read the rules that depend on the type of goods.
Please note: The above packaging rules are for shipments within the territory of Ukraine. They can be used for international shipments, except for the items related to the shipment of liquids. These rules do not apply to liquids, as liquids are prohibited for shipment.
Please note that shipments in tubes (if they are not box-shaped - with a flat side) are available from cargo departments.
You can send rolled products in triangular and rectangular boxes from any Nova Poshta branch.
It is forbidden to use solid wood for packing international shipments, so shipments subject to crating must be packed in a plywood box on a pallet with special markings or in plastic boxes.
The parcel must be brought to the branch open. This requirement is related to safety issues (the parcel must not contain prohibited goods), as well as to checking the reliability of the packaging (if the packaging was correct and reliable, an insurance payment is possible if the cargo is damaged).
The parcel is considered lost if it was delivered by the sender to the Nova Poshta branch selected during registration, but subsequently there is no tracking for more than 30 calendar days. In this case, Nova Poshta Global recognizes the loss and compensates the estimated value of the cargo according to the claim.
Before the expiration of 30 days, Nova Poshta Global conducts a search, and the cargo is considered temporarily lost. If the cargo has been recognized as lost (more than 30 days have passed), you need to create a ticket in your West Parcel personal account. After that, our representative will contact the representatives of Nova Poshta Global and organize the process of paying compensation.
Nova Poshta Global, for its part, monitors all shipments and, if necessary, starts a search.
If you bring a parcel to a Nova Poshta branch and it is not accepted or you are asked to complete the entire package of documents, you should call 0 800 500 609 and select the International shipments option. You will be advised on how to proceed. As soon as the work is established, there will be no need for additional calls.
CAN I SEND PARCELS TO THE AMAZON WAREHOUSE?
Yes, you can use any carrier. You can also use the services of our prep center to prepare the goods and deliver them to Amazon warehouses.
ARE THERE ANY ITEMS PROHIBITED FOR SHIPMENT?
Yes, there are things that are prohibited for shipment abroad. Parcels with such items may be confiscated by the customs services or returned to the sender at his/her expense.
