We provide a free service to accept returns to our Miami center if needed:

Returns are processed within 3 business days.

Your parcels can be stored with us for up to 30 days absolutely free of charge. After this period, the parcels will be disposed of.

Within the above 30 days, you can resell the goods, and we will send them to the address of the new buyer (in this case, you pay only the actual cost of shipping from Miami to the buyer), or you can request the return of the goods back to Ukraine.

Returns are sent to Ukraine only by the NPShopping service (Nova Poshta). We remind you that the storage period of parcels in the warehouse in Miami until the request for the return of goods to Ukraine should not exceed 30 days (after this period, parcels that are not registered for return to Ukraine will be disposed of without further notice). If the parcel was not sent by us, then in this case the return processing will cost $3 per parcel.
