You can request a refund from your West Parcel account to your Pay Pal account in your personal account. To do this, in the menu on the left side of the screen, select "Transactions", then "List", select the deposit transaction and click on "Refund payment".

Please note: for a refund, you should choose an amount that does not exceed your account balance. Also, in the comment section of the request, write "Refund of own funds from West Parcel balance".

Your request will be processed within 24 hours after submitting the application.
