How can I create a reverse label myself?

Our customers now have the opportunity to create and print labels for returning goods to the WB center in Miami.

Our customers now have the opportunity to create and print return labels for returning goods to the WB center in Miami or to the address of New Post in the United States (NP Shopping).

You can create a return label yourself only when returning goods from the United States. If you need to return goods from other countries, you can arrange delivery yourself through any courier service to our warehouse address and write to us to accept your goods. If the goods are subject to duties and taxes, you must first contact us through the Support Service and agree on the payment of duties. If this is not done, we will not be able to accept the goods.

As always, the price of the return label from the USA will be visible during the calculation when you enter the dimensions and weight at checkout.

Please note! You cannot cancel the return label yourself!

So be careful when filling in the fields. If you want to cancel the return label, you need to send a cancellation request through the Support Service. The processing time for such requests: 2 weeks. The request to cancel the label itself can be sent only within 14 days from the date of creation.

To create a reverse label, you need to:

1. In the My shipments menu item, select Create parcel/Return label.

2. Fill in all required fields. Or they can be filled in automatically from the transaction if you enter its number.

3. Enter the address of the return recipient. Your parcels will either go to our warehouse in Miami or to your address in NP Shopping:

When you return to NP Shoppong, the form fields can be generated if the relevant information was previously added when creating the product.

4. Specify the value of the goods and a description of the attachment.

5. Specify the dimensions of the parcel (measured by the box) and choose the delivery method. The system automatically calculates the cost.

Where can I get the NP Shopping number when creating a label for a customer's return?

If you need to arrange a return to Ukraine, you can do it through Nova Poshta. To do this, you need to register and log in to your Personal Account. Go to the "My shopping addresses" section. Select "USA."

The line Adress Line 1 contains your unique personal NP Shopping number (your own international shopping address).

After receiving the return label number, which is located in the "Tracking number" column in the "Sent parcels"/"My Miami labels" section, do not forget to add the shipment to your NP Shopping account so that Nova Poshta can identify who it belongs to after receiving the parcel.

In your NP Shopping account, you need to "Add a shipment".

Next, you need to fill in the form fields and add the tracking number of the return label.

You can view your created returns and print the documents in the Sent Parcels/My Miami Labels section. Returns are processed through USPS.

To display reverse labels, select the check box.

Please note the date of disposal. We store the parcel for free for 30 days.

If after 30 days you do not tell us where to send it or do not re-register it for fulfillment, the parcel will be disposed of. To re-register the return for fulfillment, please create a ticket in the main menu of the "Support" section and select "Fulfillment Center". We will provide you with detailed instructions.

There will be no additional notifications regarding recycling, so we recommend that you set a recycling date for yourself by which you need to make a decision on your parcel.

If the parcel has not been identified, it will appear in the Returns Warehouse menu section - Unaddressed parcels. By entering the tracking number, you can find your parcel.

If yours is among the parcels listed in the "Links without addressee" section, you need to click the "Request" button and fill in all the necessary fields to confirm that it belongs to you. After your request is processed, this parcel will appear in the My Parcels section.

Навпроти кожної посилки, що надійшла, буде кнопка “Створити тікет”. Натиснувши на неї ви можете вказати, що робити з цією посилкою. Наприклад, вказати адресу нового покупця, якому її необхідно буде відправити.

Також навпроти кожної посилки буде кнопка “Деталі”. Натиснувши на неї, ви зможете ознайомитися з усією детальною інформацією по вашій посилці. Opposite each received parcel there will be a button "Create a ticket". By clicking on it, you can specify what to do with this parcel. For example, you can specify the address of a new customer to whom it should be sent.

There will also be a "Details" button next to each parcel. By clicking on it, you will be able to see all the detailed information about your parcel. For example, you can see a photo of the returned item to understand its condition.
