We monitor your shipments. For each problem or claim that arises, a case is opened in the Personal Account, within which our managers inform our customers-sellers about the situations with delivery: delays, problems or any non-standard cases.
Thus, our clients are not left alone with possible delivery problems, but receive qualified assistance from our specialists. This service is completely free of charge.
You can view the claims by clicking on the "Parcel Monitoring" menu item in the Personal Account on our website.
You can also place your parcel in this section from the "My sent parcels" section of your Personal Account. You can correspond with the operator for each case indicated in this section. If there is nothing wrong with the delivery of your parcel, you should not place it in this section.
