In the West Parcel personal account, in the menu section "Returns Warehouse" - "My Parcels", you can find out detailed information and make a decision about those parcels that have been returned to the warehouse in Miami. Returns are processed within 3 business days.
If the parcel has been identified as yours, then when it arrives at the warehouse in your account, it will be displayed in this section. Opposite each received parcel, there will be a button "Create a ticket". By clicking on it, you can specify what to do with this parcel. For example, you can specify the address of a new customer to whom it should be sent.
